Earning the CISA certification helps assure a positive reputation as a qualified IS audit, control and/or security professional, and because the CISA program certifies individuals who demonstrate proficiency in today’s most sought after skills, employers prefer to hire and retain those who achieve and maintain their designation.

This three-day training for CISA Certification is to equip information professionals with the knowledge and technical skills for proficiency in IS audit, control and security skills. During the program, participant will learn, and prepare to take certification examinations successfully.

Course Contents

The process of Auditing Information Systems: Provide audit services in accordance with IT audit standards to assist the organization with protecting and controlling information systems.

Governance & Management of IT: Provide assurance that the necessary leadership and organizational structures and processes are in place to achieve objectives and to support the organizations strategy.

Information Systems acquisition, development and implementation: To provide assurance that the practices for the development, acquisition, testing, and implementation of information systems will meet the organization’s strategies and objectives.

Information Systems operations, maintenance and support: To provide assurance that the processes for IS operations, maintenance and support meet the organization’s strategies and objectives.

Protection of Information Assets: Provide assurance that the organizations security policies, standards, procedures and controls ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.

The CISA examination is offered twice a year, in June and December. The Bulletin of Information (BOI) is published online when it becomes available for each exam. You may also request a BOI by completing the online Request for Information form or by emailing your complete mailing address to You may register online or by completing the registration form within the BOI and faxing or mailing it to ISACA for processing.
